Vacuum for Confluence

App helps you to reduce size of your Confluence by removing old versions of attachments, blog posts and pages. Vacuuming is done in 3 steps:

1) Analysis phase – identifies which versions should be deleted. You will be informed what exactly will be deleted from instance and about estimation of deleted data amount

2) Download archive with generated commands for Confluence Vacuuming

3) Execute downloaded commands in powershell or bash

Whole process can last from few seconds to hours (depending on the Confluence size).

You can configure days to keep (versions older than amount of days specified here will be deleted) and versions to keep (number of latest versions that will not be deleted regardless of publishing date).

We recommend to deactivate mail servers while executing Vacuuming commands.
