MEC (Mobile Entertainment Company) has implemented a mobile virtual operator Mobilking project in Poland. EEA has developed and implemented a system for the MEC CRM as the main application for Customer Care and Back Office and has connected this system to partners and subcontractors, especially guest mobile operators and content aggregators.
The CRM system was later extended to automate processes, support campaigns, and link CRM to the PBX. The entire solution is run by EEA, which also provides complete operational support for the systems, including hw, network, operating systems, databases, CRM solutions, security monitoring, backups, etc. Developing Support for Continuous Application Development and Application Support that includes a Help Desk and the solving of problems.
The solution is built on our IMEO CRM platform.
