CMDB - centralizing infrastructure management

The project focused on centralizing infrastructure management at Tatra banka, which has around 30 different systems. The goal was to create a unified CMDB database in Jira Assets and integrate most of these systems. Apache HOP was implemented to consolidate and update automatic data. The implementation was carried out gradually, emphasizing data collection and transformation from various systems. The project followed agile methodologies and included training for staff to work with new tools and processes.

What did the new solution bring:

Unified and managed infrastructure in a central CMDB database in Jira Assets.
It has increased efficiency and accuracy thanks to implementing the Apache HOP system.
Faster and simpler generation of analyses and reports.
Elimination of manual tasks and better data availability.

For Interway, we implemented project portfolio management, process presale, Tempo integration, timesheets and resource planning using the EEA Feywa Resources module. The goal was to implement tools to improve these aspects, reduce operational costs and implement a system to effectively manage tasks, projects and resources. In 2023, we helped the customer migrate projects and functionality from the Jira SW Server environment to the Atlassian Cloud environment, while we provide support and consultations also in 2024.

We have implemented two systems for our customer Araver:

Sales support system. The offered sortiment of sold manufacturers (Audi, VW, Škoda, KIA, Seat, BMW, Citroën, Cupra) and cars in stock are recorder. For customers, sold cars and business cases in various stages of progress (offer, order, stocked car, sale) are registered.
CRM system - a tool for managing marketing processes, which contains the customers database migrated from the Sales support system. Processes (jBPM) are implemented in the system, which are started automatically for individual customers triggered by actions in the Sales support system and service systems. For each customer, all interactions with him are recorded (addressing the campaign, satisfaction with sales, service, etc.).

What did the new solution bring:

Unified ordering, storage and sale of cars from several suppliers (multibrand).
All sales processes are in one system.
Unified record of delivered cars.
A unified view of management, marketing and accounting.
More effective cooperation between employees selling cars of different car manufacturers.

The Telemetric Dosimetric Radioactivity Monitoring System for Jaslovské Bohunice Atomic Power Plant measures the activity of dosimetric and meteorological variables throughout the plant, in the nuclear reactor hall, and in the wide 20 km radius around the power plant. These values from the individual measurement points are collected at the headquarters where they are evaluated and displayed in real time by the system operator.
